Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and JFAMNET Inc. ("JFAMNET," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your access to and use of JFAMNET.com, our apps, and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use JFAMNET. You must not be barred from using the Platform under applicable law and must not have been previously removed for a policy violation.

2. Accounts and Verification

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• We may require identity or age verification. Accounts that fail verification may be limited or removed.
• One account per person. Impersonation, fake profiles, and shared accounts are prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, or endanger other members.
• Post unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
• Solicit money, sell goods, or run commercial schemes on the Platform.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform's security or operation.
• Use JFAMNET for any illegal purpose or in violation of our Community Guidelines.

4. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant JFAMNET a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

5. AI Features

JFAMNET uses AI to help match members, moderate content, and detect abuse. AI outputs are informational and may be imperfect. You are responsible for your own decisions about who to connect with.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription, billed by our payment providers.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
• Prices, features, and plans may change; we will notify you before changes affect an active subscription.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or to protect the safety of the community. You may close your account at any time. Some provisions of these Terms survive termination, including sections on content licenses, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution.

8. Safety Disclaimer

JFAMNET provides tools to help people meet, but we are not responsible for the conduct of members online or offline. Use good judgment, meet in public places when appropriate, and report concerns to safety@jfamnet.com.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will form any specific relationship or outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JFAMNET and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold JFAMNET harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or law.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and JFAMNET waive the right to a jury trial or class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@jfamnet.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
